PENERAPAN KOMBINASI EDUKASI SPIRITUAL MENYUSUI DAN METODE STIMULASI PIJAT ENDORPHIN PIJAT OKSITOSIN DAN SUGESTIF (SPEOS) MENGGUNAKAN MEDIA E-BOOK PADA IBU MENYUSUI DENGAN MENYUSUI TIDAK EFEKTIF

Latar Belakang: Menyusui tidak efektif merupakan salah satu tantangan yang
sering dialami oleh ibu menyusui, ditandai dengan produksi ASI yang tidak lancar,
kecemasan, dan rendahnya kepercyaan diri. Tujuan : Tujuan studi kasus ini adalah
untuk menerapkan kombinasi edukasi spiritual menyusui dan metode stimulasi pijat
endorphin, pijat oksitosin, dan sugestif (SPEOS) menggunakan media e-book BEST
For Moms pada ibu menyusui dengan menyusui tidak efektif. Metode : Studi kasus
deskriftif ini dilakukan terhadap dua orang ibu menyusui dengan bayi usia 0-1 bulan
di Desa Tanjung Baru, Baturaja Timur. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara,
observasi, dan pengukuran Breasfeeding Self Efficacy (BSES-SF) sebelum dan
sesudah intervensi. Intervensi dilakukan delapan kali pertemuan dalam bentuk
edukasi spiritual menyusui dan penerapan teknik metode SPEOS, dengan panduan
e-book sebagai media edukasi. Hasil : Hasil studi kasus ini menunjukkan
peningkatan Breasfeeding Self Efficacy pada klien I dari 51 menjadi 59, pada klien
II dari 55 menjadi 67. Selain itu, frekuensi menyusui meningkat, jumlah BAK bayi
mencapai ≥ 8 kali per hari, dan perlekatan menyusui membaik. Kesimpulan :
Kesimpulan dari studi kasus ini adalah bahwa kombinasi edukasi spiritual dan
metode SPEOS berbasis e-book efekif dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri ibu,
memperlancar produksi ASI serta memperbaiki teknik menyusui.

Background : Ineffective breastfeeding is not of the common challenges
experienced by breasfeeding mothers, characterized by poor milk
production,anxiety, and low self confidence. Objective : This case study aims to
apply a combination of spiritual breastfeeding education and the endorphin,
oxytocin, and suggestive stimulation (SPEOS) massage method using the BEST for
Moms e-book for breastfeeding mothers with ineffective breastfeeding. Method:
This descriptive case study was conducted on two breastfeeding mothers with
infants aged 0–1 month in Tanjung Baru Village, Baturaja Timur. Data were
collected through interviews, observations, and the Breastfeeding Self-Efficacy
Scale-Short Form (BSES-SF) before and after the intervention. The intervention
was carried out over eight sessions consisting of spiritual breastfeeding education
and SPEOS massage techniques, guided by the e-book as an educational medium.

Results: The results of the case study showed an increase in Breastfeeding Self-
Efficacy from 51 to 59 in Client I and from 55 to 67 in Client II. In addition,

breastfeeding frequency increased, infant urination reached ≥ 8 times per day, and
breastfeeding attachment improved.Conclusion: The conclusion of this case study
is that the combination of spiritual education and the SPEOS method based on an
e-book is effective in improving maternal self-confidence, enhancing breast milk
production, and optimizing breastfeeding techniques.
