Abstract

Latar Belakang: Asuhan kebidanan komprehensif merupakan pelayanan menyeluruh yang
meliputi kehamilan, persalinan, bayi baru lahir, nifas, dan keluarga berencana. Asuhan ini
mencerminkan fungsi, tanggung jawab, dan kegiatan bidan dalam melayani klien serta
berperan dalam mengurangi angka kematian ibu dan bayi. Tujuan: Memberikan asuhan
kebidanan komprehensif pada Ny. “N” di TPMB Husniyati, Kota Palembang, tahun 2025.
Metode: Pengkajian dilakukan menggunakan dokumentasi SOAP dengan data primer dan
sekunder, termasuk hasil wawancara (anamnesa), buku KIA, pemeriksaan fisik, dan
pemeriksaan penunjang. Hasil: Ny. “N”, 27 tahun, G2P1A0, kehamilan 39 minggu,
melahirkan bayi pada 14 April 2025 pukul 23.32 WIB, berat 3800 gram, panjang 53 cm,
menangis kuat, kulit kemerahan, aktif bergerak, dan tanpa kelainan.Kesimpulan: Mahasiswa
berhasil memberikan asuhan kebidanan komprehensif menggunakan metode SOAP selama
kehamilan, persalinan, nifas, dan perawatan bayi baru lahir.
