EFEKTIVITAS PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA CAPEDE (CHECKLIST ALAT PELINDUNG DIRI) DALAM MENINGKATKAN PENGETAHUAN, SIKAP DAN TINDAKAN PADA PEKERJA UNIT PRODUKSI PT BUKIT ASAM TBK UNIT DERMAGA KERTAPATI TAHUN 2025

Latar Belakang: Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) merupakan aspek penting di lingkungan kerja untuk mencegah kecelakaan dan penyakit akibat kerja. Berdasarkan pengamatan masih banyak perusahaan ditemukan pekerja yang tidak lengkap dalam menggunakan APD. Oleh karena itu, dikembangkan aplikasi CAPEDE. Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan aplikasi K3 CAPEDE dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap dan tindakan pada pekerja unit produksi PT Bukit Asam Tbk Unit Dermaga Kertapati Tahun 2025. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan pendekatan model 4D. Subjek penelitian adalah 15 pekerja produksi yang dipilih secara total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan kuesioner pretest-posttest.Analisis data uji univariat dan uji bivariat dengan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil menunjukkan adanya perbedaan signifikan antara proses sebelum dan setelah pada pengetahuan (p=0,002), sikap (p=0,001), dan kepatuhan (p=0,000) terhadap penggunaan APD. Seluruh pekerja (100%) menggunakan aplikasi selama 3 hari dan memberikan penilaian sangat baik terhadap fitur aplikasi CAPEDE. Saran: Saran yang dapat diberikan semoga dapat diimplementasikan ke depannya pada bidang keilmuan K3 khususnya dalam bidang penggunaan APD pada beberapa perusahaan.

Background: Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is a crucial aspect in the workplace to prevent accidents and occupational diseases. Based on observations, many companies still have workers who do not use personal protective equipment (PPE) completely. Therefore, the CAPEDE application was developed. Objective: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the CAPEDE Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) application in improving the knowledge, attitudes and practices of production unit workers at PT Bukit Asam Tbk Kertapati Pier Unit in 2025. Research Method: This study is a Research and Development (R&D) study using the 4D model approach. The research subjects consisted of 15 production workers selected through total sampling. Data were collected through observation and pretest-posttest questionnaires. Data analysis included univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using the Wilcoxon test. Research Results: The results showed a significant difference between the pre-and post-intervention phases in knowledge (p = 0.002), attitude (p = 0.001), and compliance (p = 0.000) regarding the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). All participants (100%) used the application for three consecutive days and gave excellent ratings for the features of the CAPEDE application. Suggestion: It is hoped that the recommendations provided can be implemented in the future within the field of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), particularly in improving PPE usage across various companies.
