EDUKASI DIET KOMBINASI TERAPI REBUSAN DAUN SIRSAK TERHADAP PENURUNAN TEKANAN DARAH PADA PASIEN HIPERTENSI DENGAN MASALAH DEFISIT PENGETAHUAN DI WILAYAH KERJA UPTD PUSKESMAS TANJUNG LENGKAYAP TAHUN 2025

Latar Belakang : Hipertensi ini di definisikan sebagai suatu kondisi tekanan
darah sistolik > 140 mmHg dan tekanan darah diastolik 90 mmHg (Fauzia, dkk.,
2021). Hipertensi ini disebabkan oleh asupan garam yang berlebihan dalam
makanan, genetik, merokok, kegemukan, dan kolesterol tinggi. Dengan
memberikan Penerapan Edukasi diet kombinasi terapi pemberian rebusan daun
sirsak dapat menjadi salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang
hipertensi dan menurunkan tekanan darah serta dapat mencegah komplikasi
hipertensi.
Tujuan : Diperoleh Gambaran Edukasi Diet Kombinasi Terapi Rebusan Daun
Sirsak terhadap Penurunan Tekanan Darah pada Pasien Hipertensi dengan
Masalah Defisit Pengetahuan.
Metode : Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah studi kasus dengan
metode Deskriptif. Subjek 2 klien usia 40-60 tahun, yang menderita hipertensi di
wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Tanjung Lengkayap dengan kasus yang sama
yaitu defisit pengetahuan.
Hasil : Setelah dilakukan edukasi diet pada klien hipertensi pada 2 klien selama 2
minggu dengan 10 kali kunjungan diperoleh hasil tingkat pengetahuan meningkat
dibuktikan oleh catatan perkembangan dan hasil penilaian dari kuesioner
Kesimpulan : Edukasi diet pada klien hipertensi dapat digunakan untuk
meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang pengendalian hipertensi dan mencegah
komplikasi hipertensi

Background: Hypertension is defined as a condition in which systolic blood
pressure exceeds 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure is above 90 mmHg
(Fauzia et al., 2021). Hypertension is caused by excessive salt intake in food,
genetics, smoking, obesity, and high cholesterol. Providing dietary education
combined with soursop leaf decoction therapy can be one of the ways to increase
knowledge about hypertension, lower blood pressure, and prevent
hypertension complications.
Objective: An Overview of the Effects of Dietary Education Combined with
Soursop Leaf Decoction Therapy on Blood Pressure Reduction in Hypertensive
Patients with Knowledge Deficits.
Method: The design used in the study is a case study with descriptive method.
Subject 2 clients aged 45-60 years, who suffer from hypertension in the working
area of the Tanjung Lengkayap Puskesmas UPTD with the same case, namely the
knowledge deficit.
Results: After diet education on hypertensive clients in 2 clients for 2 weeks with
10 visits, the results of increasing knowledge are proven by the development
records and the results of the assessment of the questionnaire
Conclusion: Dietary education for hypertensive clients can be used to increase
knowledge about hypertension control and prevent hypertension complications.
