Abstract
berkembangbiaknya nyamuk Aedes aegypti.
sebanyak 5 RT yaitu 585 rumah Hasil Penelitian: Menunjukan Tingkat
kepadatan jentik Nyamuk Aedes aegypti Berdasarkan HI 26,86% , CI 12,56%, BI
melaksanakan gerakan 3M Plus.
Background: Dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) is a disease caused by the
dengue virus, which is transmitted through the bite of Aedes mosquitoes,
especially Aedes aegypti or Aedes albopictus, which breed in water storage
containers (TPA) for daily use in the Sukodadi sub-district in RT.01,02,07,09, and
14 areas such as bathtubs inside houses, uncovered water containers (drums,
tanks, jars, bath tubs/toilets, and buckets, bird drinking containers, flower vases,
ant traps, and various used items (tires, cans, bottles, plastic, and others), as well
as tree holes, coconut shells, banana stumps, and bamboo pieces which are at risk
of becoming breeding sites for Aedes aegypti mosquitoes. Research Objective: To
determine the density of Aedes aegypti mosquito larvae in the Sungai Buah sub-
district. Research Method: The research method is quantitative descriptive with
the method of visually identifying mosquito larvae and microscopic examination.
This study used primary data with proportional random sampling technique from
5 RTs, covering 585 households. Research Results: Showed the density of Aedes
aegypti mosquito larvae based on HI 26,86%, CI 12,56%, BI 15,43%, and ABJ
84.57%. DF obtained results of HI 4 (low density), CI 4 (moderate density), and
BI 3 (moderate density). Conclusion: The HI, CI, BI, ABJ, and DF values are still
below the standard value of > 95%, indicating that the Sungaibuah sub-district
shows a fairly high transmission of Aedes aegypti mosquitoes, thus increasing the
risk of rapid spread and transmission of dengue fever. Immediate eradication and
prevention efforts are necessary through the implementation of the 3M Plus
movement.
