Abstract
Latar Belakang : Gout Atrihitis adalah penyakit autoimun yang mengenai
persendian di seluruh tubuh. Keluhan pasien biasannya berupa rasa nyeri dan kaku
pada lutut jari-jari kaki yang timbul terutama di pagi hari, dan akan membaik setelah
melakukan banyak aktivitas fisik. Nyeri merupakan pengalaman emosional yang
tidak menyeinangkan teirkait deingan keiruisakan jaringan aktuial ataui poteinsial.
Seilain itui, nyeiri beirsifat suibjeiktif dan tidak ada orang yang mengalami atau
meindeiskripsikan nyeri dengan cara yang sama. Penanganan Gout Atrihitis
berfokus pada pengendalian nyeri, mengurangi kerusakan pada sendi, dan
mempertahankan atau meningkatkan kualitas hidup. Tujuan : Bagaimanakah
gambaran Efektivitas manajemen nyeri kombinasi rebusan daun salam pada pasien
Goud Arthritis di Wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Mekakau Ilir. Metode : Desain
yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan metode deskriptif.
Mengobservasi 2 klien yang mengalami diagnosis Nyeri Kronis adannya subjek
studi Ny.I dan Tn.M yang menderita Gout Atrihitis. Hasil : Setelah dilakukan
Asuhan keperawatan pada Ny.I dan Tn.M yang menderita Rhemathoid Artritis
selama 7x kunjungan diperoleh hasil pada klien dibuktikan dengan tingkat nyeri
menurun. Kesimpulan dan saran : Setelah dilakukan Asuhan Keperawatan yang
dilakukan selama 2 minggu pada 2 klien
Background: Gout Arthritis is an autoimmune disease that affects joints
throughout the body. Patients usually complain of pain and stiffness in the knees
and toes that occurs especially in the morning, and will improve after doing a lot of
physical activity. Pain is an unpleasant emotional experience associated with actual
or potential tissue damage. In addition, pain is subjective and no one experiences or
describes pain in the same way. Treatment for Gout Arthritis focuses on controlling
pain, reducing joint damage, and maintaining or improving quality of
life.Objective: How is the description of the effectiveness of pain management
combination of bay leaf decoction in patients with Goud Arthritis in the work area
of UPTD Mekakau Ilir Health Center. Method: The design used in this study is a
case study with a descriptive method. Observing 2 clients who experienced a
diagnosis of Chronic Pain, the study subjects Mrs. I and Mr. M who suffered from
Gout Arthritis. Results: After nursing care was carried out on Mrs. I and Mr. M
who suffered from Rheumatoid Arthritis for 7 visits, the results were obtained in
clients proven by decreased pain levels. Conclusions and suggestions: After
nursing care was carried out for 2 weeks on 2 clients,Mrs. I and Mr. M were found
to have decreased pain level evaluation results
