Abstract

Tumit pecah merupakan masalah kulit yang disebabkan oleh berkurangnya kelembapan dan elastisitas kulit. Ekstrak buah alpukat (Persea americana Mill.) berpotensi digunakan sebagai pelembab karena mengandung asam lemak yang dapat membantu menjaga hidrasi kulit. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengoptimalkan formulasi stick pelembab tumit ekstrak buah alpukat dengan variasi cera alba dan paraffin wax menggunakan metode Simplex Lattice Design (SLD) serta mengevaluasi mutu fisik dan stabilitas sediaan.
Cracked heels are a skin condition caused by reduced skin moisture and elasticity. Avocado fruit extract (Persea americana Mill.) has potential as a moisturizing agent due to its fatty acid content, which helps maintain skin hydration. This study aimed to optimize the formulation of an avocado extract heel moisturizing stick using variations of cera alba and paraffin wax through the Simplex Lattice Design (SLD) method and to evaluate its physical quality and stability.
