Abstract

Latar Belakang: Air Susu Ibu (ASI) merupakan makanan yang paling di
rekomendasikan untuk bayi, selain ASI memliki banyak manfaat untuk bayi, juga
terjangkau dan praktis. Global Nutrition Goals 2025 telah menetapkan target
pemberian ASI eksklusif atau sebesar 50%. Cakupan ASI ekslusif di Indonesia pada
tahun 2022 tercatat hanya 67,96%, turun dari 69,7% dari 2021, menandakan
perlunya dukungan lebih intensif agar cakupan ini bisa meningkat. Tujuan
Penelitian: Mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemberian ASI
Eksklusif pada bayi usia 0-6 buan di wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Kenten Laut.
Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan
pendekatan cross-sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan mulai dari tanggal 18 April –
17 Mei 2025 di wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Kenten Laut. Hasil Penelitian:
Dari 7 variabel yang diuji ada 4 diantaranya yang memiliki hubungan yang
signifikan antara pengetahuan responden (p-value 0,046), kondisi fisik responden
(p-value 0,049), kondisi psikologis (p-value 0,048), dan peran tenaga kesehatan
(0,031) dengan pemberian ASI Eksklusif. Adapun 3 variabel lainnya yaitu
pekerjaan responden (p-value 0,690), jenis alat kontrasepsi (0,513), dan dukungan
sosial dan lingkungan (p-value 0,251) tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan
dengan pemberian ASI Eksklusif. Kesimpulan: Tingkat pengetahuan, kondisi fisik,
kondisi psikologis, dan peran tenaga kesehatan memiliki hubungan dengan
pemberian ASI Eksklusif.
