Abstract

Latar Belakang : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat kontrasepsi hormonal suntik, Pil KB, dan Implan terhadap kadar glukosa darah sewaktu pada pasien di Puskesmas Merdeka Kota Palembang.

Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross-sectional dengan pengambilan sampel sebanyak 100 responden pengguna kontrasepsi hormonal. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan pengukuran kadar glukosa darah langsung.

Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 100 responden, sebagian besar berada pada rentang usia 30-40 tahun (46%), diikuti oleh usia 18-30 tahun (30%), dan 40-45 tahun (24%). Jenis kontrasepsi yang paling banyak digunakan adalah suntik 3 bulan (85%), diikuti oleh implan (9%), dan pil KB (6%). Seluruh responden (100%) memiliki kadar glukosa darah dalam batas normal (80-120 mg/dL).

Kesimpulan : Menunjukkan gambaran penggunaan kontrasepsi hormonal Pil KB, Suntik 3 Bulan, Implan terhadap kadar glukosa darah pasien di Puskesmas Merdeka Kota Palembang,
