ABSTRAK
Latar Belakang : Hasil Survei Demografi dan Kesehatan Indonesia (SDKI) dan Laporan Kemenkes 2023, hanya 52,5% bayi di bawah 6 bulan yang mendapatkan ASI eksklusif dan cakupan ASI eksklusif di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan pada tahun 2024 adalah sebesar 65,2%
. Angka ini masih belum mencapai target nasional yang sebesar 70%. Salah satu penyebab cakupan ASI eksklusif masih rendah yaitu ASI yang tidak lancar. Hypnobreastfeeding adalah salah satu solusi yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan produksi ASI. Tujuan Penelitian: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh hypnobreastfeeding terhadap pengeluaran ASI Pada Ibu Nifas di Ruang Kebidanan RSUD Lahat Tahun 2026. Metode Penelitian : menggunakan metode pre eksperimen dengan desain one group pre test-post test design. Populasi penelitian semua ibu nifas di RSUD Lahat pada bulan Februari-April 2026 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 68 orang menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar observasi pengeluaran ASI. Uji statistik menggunakan wilcoxon. Hasil Penelitian : didapatkan distribusi frekuensi pengeluaran ASI pada ibu nifas sebelum dilakukan hypnobreastfeeding sebagian besar kategori kurang sebanyak 46 responden (67,6%) dan setelah dilakukan hypnobreastfeeding sebagian besar kategori cukup sebanyak 58 responden (85,3%). Hasil uji wilcoxon didapatkan nilai p.value = 0,000
< 0,05. Kesimpulan: Ada perbedaan pengeluaran ASI sebelum dan sesudah diberikan hypnobreasfeeding pada ibu nifas di Ruang Kebidanan RSUD Lahat Tahun 2026.

ABSTRACT
Background: Based on the Indonesian Demographic and Health Survey (IDHS) and the 2023 Ministry of Health Report, only 52.5% of infants under six months received exclusive breastfeeding, while the exclusive breastfeeding coverage in South Sumatra in 2024 was 65.2%. This figure has not yet reached the national target of 70%. One of the causes of the low exclusive breastfeeding coverage is insufficient breast milk production. Hypnobreastfeeding is one of the methods that can be used to increase breast milk production. Objective: To determine the effect of hypnobreastfeeding on breast milk production among postpartum mothers in the Midwifery Ward of Lahat Regional General Hospital in 2026. Methods: This study used a pre-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The population consisted of all postpartum mothers at Lahat Regional General Hospital from February to April 2026, with a sample of 68 respondents selected using accidental sampling. The research instrument used an observation sheet for breast milk production. Statistical analysis was performed using the Wilcoxon test. Results: The frequency distribution of breast milk production before hypnobreastfeeding showed that the majority of postpartum mothers were in the poor category, with 46 respondents (67.6%). After hypnobreastfeeding, the majority were in the adequate category, with 58 respondents (85.3%). The Wilcoxon test result showed a p-value = 0.000 < 0.05. Conclusion: There was a difference in breast milk production before and after hypnobreastfeeding among postpartum mothers in the Midwifery Ward of Lahat Regional General Hospital in 2026.
