Abstract
PERUBAHAN TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN IBU HAMIL TENTANG TRIPLE ELIMINASI SETELAH EDUKASI MEDIA BOOKLET DI PUSKESMAS NUSA BAKTI BELITANG III OKU TIMUR TAHUN 2026
ABSTRAK
Latar Belakang: Triple Eliminasi merupakan program pencegahan penularan HIV, sifilis, dan hepatitis B dari ibu ke anak. Namun, masih banyak ibu hamil yang belum memahami tujuan dan manfaat pemeriksaan Triple Eliminasi. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil adalah melalui edukasi kesehatan menggunakan media booklet. Tujuan: Mengetahui perubahan tingkat pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang Triple Eliminasi setelah diberikan edukasi kesehatan melalui media booklet di Puskesmas Nusa Bakti Belitang III OKU Timur Tahun 2026. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 30 ibu hamil trimester I yang dipilih menggunakan teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% (α = 0,05). Hasil: Tingkat pengetahuan ibu hamil sebelum edukasi memiliki median 10,00 (7–13), sedangkan setelah edukasi meningkat menjadi 16,00 (13–20). Hasil uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan nilai Z = -5,066 dengan p-value = 0,000 (p < 0,05), yang menunjukkan adanya perbedaan tingkat pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah edukasi. Kesimpulan: Edukasi kesehatan melalui media booklet berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan tingkat pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang Triple Eliminasi di Puskesmas Nusa Bakti Belitang III OKU Timur Tahun 2026.

CHANGES IN THE KNOWLEDGE OF PREGNANT WOMEN REGARDING TRIPLE ELIMINATION AFTER HEALTH EDUCATION THROUGH BOOKLET MEDIA AT PUSKESMAS NUSA BAKTI BELITANG III OKU TIMUR 2026
ABSTRACT
Background: Triple Elimination is a program aimed at preventing the transmission of HIV, syphilis, and hepatitis B from mother to child. However, many pregnant women still do not fully understand the purpose and benefits of Triple Elimination screening. One effort to improve pregnant women's knowledge is through health education using booklet media. Objective: To determine changes in pregnant women's knowledge regarding Triple Elimination after receiving health education through booklet media at Puskesmas Nusa Bakti Belitang III OKU Timur in 2026. Methods: This study employed a quantitative method with a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The sample consisted of 30 first-trimester pregnant women selected using the total sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test with a 95% confidence level (α = 0.05). Results: The median knowledge score of pregnant women before the educational intervention was 10.00 (7–13), while after the intervention it increased to 16.00 (13–20). The results of the Wilcoxon test showed a Z value of -5.066 and a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant difference in knowledge levels before and after the educational intervention. Conclusion: Health education through booklet media had a significant effect on improving pregnant women's knowledge regarding Triple Elimination at Puskesmas Nusa Bakti Belitang III OKU Timur in 2026.
