Abstract

Latar Belakang: Pemeriksaan Payudara Sendiri (SADARI) merupakan
metode sederhana dan efektif yang dapat dilakukan remaja putri untuk
mendeteksi perubahan pada payudara secara mandiri. SADARI sangat
penting dilakukan secara rutin karena dapat meningkatkan kesadaran akan
kesehatan payudara sejak usia dini. Namun, pelaksanaannya masih rendah
di kalangan remaja, yang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor seperti tingkat
pengetahuan, sikap, dan akses informasi Tujuan: Mengetahui faktor-faktor
yang berhubungan dengan perilaku pemeriksaan payudara sendiri
(SADARI) pada siswi SMA Srijaya Negara Palembang. Metode: Penelitian
ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Jumlah
responden sebanyak 50 siswi kelas XI, yang diambil menggunakan teknik
simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dan
analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji Chi Square Hasil: Terdapat
hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat pengetahuan, sumber inormasi
terhadap sikap dengan perilaku SADARI (p-value < 0,05). Kesimpulan:
Pengetahuan dan sikap berhubungan dengan perilaku SADARI pada siswi
SMA Srijaya Negara Palembang Tahun 2025. Saran: Perlunya peningkatan
pendidikan kesehatan melalui media yang tepat dan menarik agar remaja
putri lebih sadar dan rutin melakukan SADARI.
