Abstract

Latar Belakang: Masa nifas merupakan periode rentan terhadap kelelahan dan
stres yang dapat menghambat proses laktasi, menyebabkan menyusui tidak efektif,
serta berdampak pada rendahnya produksi ASI dan gangguan tumbuh kembang
bayi. Salah satu intervensi nonfarmakologis yang terbukti membantu meningkatkan
produksi ASI adalah pijat laktasi.
Tujuan Penelitian: Mengetahui hasil penerapan pijat laktasi dalam mengatasi
menyusui tidak efektif pada ibu menyusui di ruang Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak (KIA)
Puskesmas Megang, Kota Lubuklinggau.
Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi kasus deskriptif
dengan pendekatan proses keperawatan, meliputi pengkajian, diagnosis
keperawatan, perencanaan, implementasi, dan evaluasi.
Hasil: Penerapan pijat laktasi terbukti meningkatkan produksi ASI, dan
memperbaiki efektivitas menyusui. Selain itu, pemahaman ibu mengenai teknik
menyusui yang benar juga meningkat.
Kesimpulan: Hasil dari penerapan Pijat laktasi dapat menjadi intervensi efektif
untuk mengatasi menyusui tidak efektif pada ibu menyusui dan mendukung
keberhasilan pemberian ASI secara optimal.
