IMPLEMENTASI KEPERAWATAN KOMBINASI TERAPI MURATTAL DAN AROMATERAPI PADA PASIEN MASTECTOMY DENGAN MASALAH NYERI AKUT DI RS MUHAMMADIYAH PALEMBANG TAHUN 2026

Latar Belakang: Mastectomy merupakan tindakan pembedahan pada pasien kanker payudara yang dapat menimbulkan masalah keperawatan berupa nyeri akut. Nyeri yang dialami pasien post operasi dapat menyebabkan ketidaknyamanan, gelisah, sulit tidur, serta peningkatan tekanan darah dan frekuensi nadi. Salah satu intervensi nonfarmakologis yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu menurunkan nyeri yaitu kombinasi terapi murattal surah Ar-Rahman dan aromaterapi lavender.
Metode: Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan subjek sebanyak 4 orang pasien mastectomy dengan masalah keperawatan nyeri akut. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, pemeriksaan fisik, serta
dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan. Hasil pengumpulan data disajikan dalam bentuk tabel dan narasi. Hasil: Implementasi kombinasi terapi murattal surah Ar-Rahman ayat 1-16 dan aromaterapi lavender menunjukkan adanya penurunan tingkat nyeri pada keempat pasien. Pasien tampak lebih rileks, gelisah berkurang, kesulitan tidur menurun, serta terjadi penurunan tekanan darah dan frekuensi nadi setelah dilakukan intervensi.
Kesimpulan: Kombinasi terapi murattal surah Ar-Rahman dan aromaterapi lavender dapat digunakan sebagai intervensi keperawatan nonfarmakologis untuk membantu menurunkan nyeri akut pada pasien mastectomy.

Background: Mastectomy is a surgical procedure for breast cancer patients that can cause nursing problems in the form of acute pain. Pain experienced by post operative patients can cause discomfort, restlessness, difficulty sleeping, as well as increased blood pressure and pulse rate. One of the non-pharmacological interventions that can be used to help reduce pain is a combination of Murattal therapy of Surah Ar-Rahman and lavender aromatherapy.
Method: This research design uses a descriptive method with subjects consisting of 4 mastectomy patients with acute pain nursing problems. Research data were obtained through interviews, observations, physical examinations, and nursing care documentation. The results of data collection are presented in the form of tables and narratives.
Result: The implementation of a combination of Murattal therapy of Surah Ar-Rahman verses 1-16 and lavender aromatherapy showed a decrease in pain levels in all four
patients. The patients appeared more relaxed, restlessness decreased, difficulty sleeping was reduced, and there was a decrease in blood pressure and pulse rate after the intervention.
Conclusion: The combination of murattal therapy of Surah Ar-Rahman and lavender aromatherapy can be used as a non pharmacological nursing intervention to help reduce acute pain in mastectomy patients.
