ASUHAN KEBIDANAN KOMPREHENSIF PADA NY “F” DI TEMPAT PRAKTIK MANDIRI BIDAN LISMARINI KOTA PALEMBANG TAHUN 2026

Latar Belakang: Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) dan Angka Kematian Bayi (AKB)
merupakan indikator krusial keberhasilan pembangunan kesehatan yang saat ini
diakselerasi melalui program Transformasi Sistem Kesehatan. Penguatan layanan primer dengan pendekatan siklus hidup (life cycle) menjadi strategi utama dalam mendeteksi dini komplikasi. Pelayanan asuhan kebidanan berkelanjutan (continuity of care) diperlukan untuk memastikan ibu dan bayi mendapatkan penanganan berkualitas dari masa kehamilan hingga keluarga berencana.. Tujuan: Memberikan asuhan kebidanan secara komprehensif pada Ny. “F” di Tempat Praktik Mandiri Bidan Lismarini Kota Palembang tahun 2026 sesuai dengan standar pelayanan kebidanan yang berlaku. Metode: Jenis studi ini adalah studi kasus deskriptif dengan pendekatan manajemen kebidanan. Subjek studi kasus adalah Ny. “F” G2P1A0 yang dipantau mulai dari kehamilan trimester III, persalinan, nifas, bayi baru lahir, hingga pelayanan kontrasepsi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, pemeriksaan fisik, observasi langsung, dan studi dokumentasi dengan format pendokumentasian SOAP. Hasil: Asuhan kehamilan dilakukan sebanyak tiga kali dengan temuan keluhan nyeri pinggang yang teratasi melalui edukasi body mechanics dan prenatal yoga. Persalinan berlangsung normal secara spontan pada usia kehamilan 39 minggu dengan berat bayi 3.400 gram. Pemantauan
masa nifas dan neonatus dilakukan sebanyak empat kali kunjungan tanpa
ditemukan komplikasi serius. Penerapan asuhan komplementer berupa pijat
oksitosin dan self-hypnosis terbukti efektif mendukung kelancaran produksi ASI
dan kesejahteraan psikologis ibu. Pada akhir masa nifas, ibu telah diberikan KIE
mengenai metode kontrasepsi sebagai bagian dari perencanaan keluarga.
Kesimpulan: Pelaksanaan asuhan kebidanan komprehensif pada Ny. “F” telah
dilakukan secara sistematis dan sesuai standar. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan tidak terdapat kesenjangan yang signifikan antara teori dan praktik di lapangan, serta asuhan ini terbukti mampu meminimalkan risiko komplikasi pada ibu dan bayi.

Background: Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) are
crucial indicators of health development success, currently being accelerated
through the Health System Transformation program. Strengthening primary care
with a life cycle approach is a primary strategy for the early detection of complications. Continuity of care is essential to ensure that mothers and infants
receive high-quality management from pregnancy through to family planning.
Objective: To provide comprehensive midwifery care for Mrs. "F" at the
Independent Practice Place of Midwife Lismarini, Palembang City, in 2026, in
accordance with applicable midwifery service standards. Methods: This study is a descriptive case study using a midwifery management approach. The subject of the case study was Mrs. "F", G2P1A0, who was monitored from the third trimester of pregnancy, through labor, the postpartum period, newborn care, to contraceptive services. Data collection techniques included interviews, physical examinations, direct observation, and documentation studies using the SOAP documentation format. Results: Antenatal care was conducted twice, identifying complaints of back pain that were resolved through education on body mechanics and prenatal yoga. Labor proceeded normally and spontaneously at 39 weeks of gestation, with an infant weighing 3,400 grams. Postpartum and neonatal monitoring were
conducted across four visits without the identification of serious complications. The implementation of complementary care, such as oxytocin massage and self- hypnosis, proved effective in supporting smooth breast milk production and maternal psychological well-being. At the end of the postpartum period,
Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) regarding contraceptive
methods were provided as part of family planning. Conclusion: The implementation of comprehensive midwifery care for Mrs. "F" was carried out systematically and according to standards. The evaluation results indicate no significant gaps between theory and field practice, and this care proved capable of minimizing the risk of complications for both mother and infant.
