GAMBARAN TINGKAT KEBERHASILAN PENGOBATAN PASIEN TUBERKULOSIS DI PUSKESMAS SUKARAMI DAN PUSKESMAS SOSIAL TAHUN 2025

ABSTRAK
Latar Belakang: Tuberkulosis (TB) tetap menjadi salah satu tantangan kesehatan masyarakat terbesar secara global maupun nasional. Keberhasilan pengobatan pasien merupakan indikator krusial dalam menilai efektivitas program penanggulangan TB guna memutus rantai penularan di masyarakat.
Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif non-eksperimental dengan rancangan deskriptif. Data diperoleh secara retrospektif dari Sistem Informasi Tuberkulosis (SITB) dan Kartu Pengobatan Pasien TB periode Januari–Desember 2025. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 134 pasien yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat untuk melihat distribusi frekuensi karakteristik responden dan status akhir pengobatan.
Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa angka keberhasilan pengobatan atau Treatment Success Rate (TSR) di Puskesmas Sukarami mencapai 91,56% dan di Puskesmas Sosial mencapai 90,19%. Capaian TSR pada kedua puskesmas tersebut telah berhasil memenuhi dan melampaui target minimal nasional yaitu ≥ 90%. Kendati demikian, angka kesembuhan atau Cure Rate (CR) di kedua puskesmas belum mencapai target minimal nasional (≥ 85%), di mana capaian CR Puskesmas Sukarami adalah sebesar 46,99% dan Puskesmas Sosial sebesar 45,10% (keduanya masih di bawah 50%). Hal ini disebabkan oleh masih banyaknya pasien berstatus "pengobatan lengkap" akibat tidak dilakukannya pemeriksaan dahak ulang pada akhir pengobatan bulan ke-6.
Kesimpulan: Meskipun kualitas pelayanan penanggulangan TB dalam pencapaian program TSR sudah sangat baik dan melampaui target nasional, evaluasi klinis berbasis laboratorium (Cure Rate) masih perlu dioptimalkan melalui peningkatan kepatuhan pemeriksaan dahak berkala serta penguatan peran Pengawas Menelan Obat (PMO).

ABSTRACT
Background: Tuberculosis (TB) remains one of the major public health challenges globally and nationally. Patient treatment success is a crucial indicator for evaluating the effectiveness of TB control programs to break the chain of transmission in the community.
Methods: This study used a non-experimental quantitative method with a descriptive design. Data were obtained retrospectively from the Tuberculosis Information System (SITB) and TB Patient Treatment Cards for the period of January–December 2025. The study sample consisted of 134 patients who met the inclusion criteria. Data analysis was conducted univariately to examine the frequency distribution of respondent characteristics and final treatment outcomes.
Results: The results showed that the Treatment Success Rate (TSR) at Sukarami Health Center reached 91.56% and at Sosial Health Center reached 90.19%. The TSR achievements of both health centers successfully met and exceeded the minimum national target of ≥ 90%. However, the Cure Rate (CR) at both health centers had not yet achieved the minimum national target (≥ 85%), where the CR for Sukarami Health Center was 46.99% and for Sosial Health Center was 45.10% (both were below 50%). This low cure rate was primarily due to a significant number of patients holding a "complete treatment" status because follow-up sputum tests were not performed at the end of the 6th month of treatment.
Conclusion: Although the quality of TB control services in achieving the TSR program is commendable and exceeds the national target, laboratory-based clinical evaluation (Cure Rate) still needs optimization by enhancing compliance with periodic sputum examinations and strengthening the role of Treatment Supporters (PMO).
