ASUHAN KEBIDANAN KOMPREHENSIF PADA NY. “A” DI KLINIK AULIA KHALIK MEDIKA KOTA PALEMBANG TAHUN 2026

Latar Belakang : Asuhan kebidanan komprehensif merupakan pelayanan
berkelanjutan yang diberikan kepada ibu mulai masa kehamilan, persalinan, nifas,
bayi baru lahir, hingga pemilihan kontrasepsi guna mendeteksi secara dini adanya
komplikasi serta meningkatkan kesehatan ibu dan bayi. Tujuan : Memberikan
asuhan kebidanan komprehensif pada Ny. —A‖ selama masa kehamilan,
persalinan, nifas dan bayi baru lahir di Klinik Aulia Khalik Medika Kota
Palembang Tahun 2026 Metode : Studi kasus deskriptif dengan pendekatan
manajemen kebidanan dan pendokumentasian SOAP. Asuhan dilakukan secara
berkesinambungan muali dari masa kehamilan trimester III, persalinan, nifas, bayi
baru lahir, hingga pelayanan keluarga berencana, data diperoleh melalui
wawancara, observasi, pemeriksaan fisik, dokumentasi, dan studi rekam medis.
Hasil : Kehamilan trimester III berlangsung fisiologis, persalinan berjalan dengan normal tanpa komplikasi dan dilakukan sesuai Asuhan Persalinan Normal (APN),
masa nifas dan bayi baru lahir dalam kondisi baik, serta ibu menggunakan
kontrasepsi pasca persalinan. Kesimpulan : Asuhan kebidanan komprehensif
pada Ny. —A‖ menunjukan bahwa kehamilan, persalinan, nifas dan bayi baru lahir
berlangsung fisiologis tanpa komplikasi. Diharapkan bidan dapat terus
meningkatkan pelayanan continuity of care melalui deteksi dini, edukasi, dan pendampingan secara berkesinambungan untuk meningkatkan kesehatan ibu dan
bayi.

Background: Comprehensive midwifery care is a continuous service provided to
mothers from pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, newborn care, to contraceptive
selection in order to detect complications early and improve maternal and infant
health. Objective: To provide comprehensive midwifery care to Mrs. “A” during
pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, and the newborn period at Aulia Khalik
Medika Clinic, Palembang City, in 2026. Method: A descriptive case study using
a midwifery management approach and SOAP documentation. Care was provided
continuously from the third trimester of pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum,
newborn care, to family planning services. Data were obtained through
interviews, observation, physical examination, documentation, and medical
record review. Result: The third trimester pregnancy proceeded physiologically.
Childbirth occurred normally without complications and was conducted in
accordance with Normal Delivery Care (APN). The postpartum period and
newborn were in good condition, and the mother used postpartum contraception.
Conclusion: Comprehensive midwifery care for Mrs. “A” shows that pregnancy,
childbirth, postpartum, and the newborn period proceeded physiologically
without complications. It is expected that midwives can continue to improve
continuity of care services through early detection, education, and continuous
support to enhance maternal and infant health.
