IMPLEMENTASI KEPERAWATAN TERAPI REBUSAN DAUN ALPUKAT PADA LANSIA HIPERTENSI DENGAN MASALAH NYERI AKUT DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS PERUMNAS TAHUN 2026

ABSTRAK

Latar belakang : Hipertensi merupakan salah satu penyakit tidak menular yang banyak terjadi pada lansia dan sering disertai keluhan nyeri akut yang dapat menurunkan kualitas hidup. Penanganan nyeri pada lansia memerlukan intervensi yang aman dan efektif, salah satunya melalui terapi nonfarmakologis berupa rebusan daun alpukat (Persea americana Mill.) yang memiliki kandungan flavonoid, alkaloid, dan saponin yang berpotensi membantu menurunkan tekanan darah serta mengurangi nyeri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran hasil implementasi keperawatan terapi rebusan daun alpukat pada lansia hipertensi dengan masalah nyeri akut di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Perumnas Lahat Tahun 2026. metode : Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dalam bentuk studi kasus dengan mengunakan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan yang meliputi pengkajian, diagnosis keperawatan, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi serta dokumentasi. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak dua orang. prioritas intervensi adalah terapi rebusan daun alpukat dengan mengobservasi tekanan darah dan skala nyeri pasien. Hasil : Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan terapi rebusan daun alpukat terbukti efektif untuk menurunkan tekanan darah dan tingkat nyeri pasien hipertensi Kesimpulan : Diharapkan dapat menerapkan implementasi keperawatan terapi rebusan daun alpukat pada pasien hipertensi dengan masalah nyeri akut dapat dikembangkan lagi menjadi pembelajaran untuk penelitian selanjutnya.

ABSTRACT

Background : Hypertension is a non-communicable disease that often occurs in the elderly and is often accompanied by complaints of acute pain that can reduce quality of life. Pain management in the elderly requires safe and effective interventions, one of which is through non-pharmacological therapy in the form of avocado leaf decoction (Persea americana Mill.) which contains flavonoids, alkaloids, and saponins that have the potential to help lower blood pressure and reduce pain. This study aims to obtain an overview of the results of the application of avocado leaf decoction therapy in the treatment of hypertensive elderly with acute pain problems in the work area of the Perumnas Lahat Community Health Center in 2026. Method : This research employed a descriptive case study approach, incorporating a nursing care approach that included assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation. Two patients were sampled. The priority intervention was avocado leaf decoction therapy, with observations of the patients' blood pressure and pain scale. Results : The results of this study show that avocado leaf decoction therapy is proven to be effective in reducing blood pressure and pain levels in hypertension patients. Conclusion : It is hoped that the implementation of avocado leaf decoction therapy nursing in hypertensive patients with acute pain problems can be further developed into learning for further research.
