Latar Belakang: Pengetahuan sangat erat kaitannya dengan perilaku personal hygiene terutama saat menstruasi. Semakin rendah pengetahuan remaja putri terhadap personal hygiene pada saat menstruasi maka semakin rendah pula untuk berperilaku baik terhadap hygienenya dan sebaliknya. Upaya peningkatan pengetahuan remaja mengenai menstrual hygiene bisa diberikan melalui pendidikan kesehatan edukasi kesehatan. Tujuan Penelitian: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh edukasi kesehatan terhadap tingkat pengetahuan remaja putri tentang menstrual hygiene di SMP Negeri 1 Belitang Mulya Tahun 2026. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan one group pretest-posttest design. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan April-Mei 2026 di SMP Negeri 1 Belitang Mulya. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 47 orang diambil menggunakan stratified random sampling. Analisa data menggunakan uji statistic Wilcoxon Rank Test. Hasil Penelitian: Sebelum diberikan intervensi edukasi kesehatan memiliki pengetahuan kurang tentang menstrual hygiene yaitu sebesar 69,1%. Setelah diberikan intervensi edukasi kesehatan memiliki pengetahuan baik tentang menstrual hygiene yaitu sebesar 46,8%. Ada pengaruh edukasi kesehatan terhadap tingkat pengetahuan remaja putri tentang menstrual hygiene di SMP Negeri 1 Belitang Mulya Tahun 2026 (p=0,000). Kesimpulan: Ada pengaruh edukasi kesehatan terhadap tingkat pengetahuan remaja putri tentang menstrual hygiene di SMP Negeri 1 Belitang Mulya Tahun 2026. Saran : Diharapkan penelitian ini membantu sekolah dalam menyusun program edukasi kesehatan reproduksi yang tepat dan menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung.

Background: Knowledge is closely related to personal hygiene behavior, especially during menstruation. The lower the knowledge of adolescent girls about personal hygiene during menstruation, the lower they are to behave well towards their hygiene and vice versa. Efforts to increase adolescents' knowledge about menstrual hygiene can be provided through health education and health education. Research Objective: To determine the influence of health education on the level of knowledge of adolescent girls about menstrual hygiene at SMP Negeri 1 Belitang Mulya in 2026. Research Method: This study used one group pretest-posttest design. The research was conducted in April-May 2026 at SMP Negeri 1 Belitang Mulya. The sample of this study totaled 47 people taken using stratified random sampling. Data analysis was conducted using the Wilcoxon Rank Test statistical test.Research Results: Before being given health education interventions, 69.1% had less knowledge about menstrual hygiene. After being given health education interventions, 46.8% had good knowledge about menstrual hygiene. There is an effect of health education on the level of knowledge of adolescent girls about menstrual hygiene at SMP Negeri 1 Belitang Mulya in 2026 (p=0.000). Conclusion: There is an effect of health education on the level of knowledge of adolescent girls about menstrual hygiene at SMP Negeri 1 Belitang Mulya in 2026. Suggestion: It is hoped that this research will help schools in developing appropriate reproductive health education programs and creating a supportive environment.
