HUBUNGAN SELF HYPNOSIS DENGAN MOBILISASI DINI PADA IBU POST SECTIO CAESAREA DI RSUD OKU TIMUR TAHUN 2026

ABSTRAK

Latar Belakang : Persalinan dengan metode Sectio Caesarea (SC) menyebabkan trauma epitel dan menyisakan nyeri pasca- operasi yang hebat. Hal ini sering kali membuatibuengganatautakutmelakukanmobilisasidini,padahalmobilisasi dini sangat penting untuk mencegah komplikasi tromboemboli, mempercepat penyembuhan luka, dan memperlancar involusi uterus. Self Hypnosis merupakan salah satu teknik non farmakologis metode relaksasi mandiri yang dapat menurunkan persepsi nyeri dan kecemasan, sehingga diharapkan mampu menstimulasi kesiapan fisik dan mental ibu untuk bergerak lebih awal. Tujuan Penelitian : Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara penerapan self hypnosis dengan pelaksanaan mobilisasi dini pada ibu post sectio caesarea di RSUD OKU Timur Tahun 2026. Metode Penelitian : Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif analitik dengan metode desain observasional case control. Penelitian dilaksanakan di RSUD OKU Timur pada bulan Maret–April 2026. Populasi penelitian adalah semua ibu nifas post sectio caesarea yang dirawat di RSUD OKU Timur Tahun 2026. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 40 sampel dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling yang dibagi menjadi 20 sampel ibu post sectio caesarea yang diberikan self hypnosis sebagai case dan 20 sampel ibu post sectio caesarea yang tidak diberikan self hypnosis sebagai control. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil Penelitian : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden yang menjalankan self hypnosis dengan baik mampu melakukan mobilisasi dini secara mandiri dan tepat waktu sesuai tahapan klinis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan uji chi-square menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara self hypnosis dengan mobilisasi dini pada ibu post sectio caesarea dengan nilai p = 0,008 (p<0,05) dengan nilai OR=6,926. Kesimpulan : Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara self hypnosis dengan mobilisasi dini pada ibu post sectio caesarea di RSUD OKU Timur Tahun 2026. Teknik self hypnosis efektif membantu ibu mengatasi hambatan psikologis dan nyeri pasca operasi.

ABSTRACT

Background : Childbirth via Sectio Caesarea (SC) causes epithelial trauma and leaves severe postoperative pain. This often makes mothers reluctant or afraid to perform early mobilization, even though early mobilization is crucial to prevent thromboembolic complications, accelerate wound healing, and facilitate uterine involution. Self-Hypnosis is a non-pharmacological self-relaxation technique that can reduce the perception of pain and anxiety, thereby hopefully stimulating the mother's physical and mental readiness to move earlier. Objective : To determine the relationship between the application of self-hypnosis and the implementation of early mobilization in post-sectio caesarea mothers at RSUD OKU Timur in 2026. Research Method: This study utilized a quantitative analytic design with a case- control observational design. The research was conducted at RSUD OKU Timur in March-April 2026. The population consisted of all postpartum mothers post-sectio caesarea treated at RSUD OKU Timur in 2026. The sample consisted of 40 respondents selected using accidental sampling, divided into 20 post-sectio caesarea mothers given self-hypnosis as the case group and 20 post-sectio caesarea mothers not given self-hypnosis as the control group. Data were analyzed using the Chi-Square test. Results : The results showed that the majority of respondents who practiced self-hypnosis well were able to perform early mobilization independently and promptly according to clinical stages. Based on the Chi-Square test analysis, there is a significant relationship between self-hypnosis and early mobilization in post-sectio caesarea mothers, with a value of (p=0.008) (p<0.05) and (OR=6.926). Conclusion : This study indicates that there is a significant relationship between self-hypnosis and early mobilization in post-sectio caesarea mothers at RSUD OKU Timur in 2026. The self-hypnosis technique is effective in helping mothers overcome psychological barriers and postoperative pain.
