EFEKTIVITAS AUDIO HYPNOTHERAPY TERHADAP KECEMASAN PASIEN PRE OPERASI SECTIO CAESAREA DI RUANG RAWAT INAP RUMAH SAKIT UMUM SILOAM SILAMPARI KOTA LUBUKLINGGAU TAHUN 2026

ABSTRAK
Latar Belakang: Audio hypnotherapy merupakan salah satu metode yang telah terbukti efektif dalam menurunkan tingkat kecemasan, sehingga perlu diteliti efektivitasnya pada pasien preoperasi SC di Rumah Sakit Umum Siloam Silampari Kota Lubuklinggau.
Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui distribusi tingkat kecemasan pasien sebelum dan sesudah pemberian audio hypnotherapy serta menganalisis efektivitas audio hypnotherapy terhadap penurunan kecemasan pada pasien pre operasi Sectio Caesarea (SC) di Rumah Sakit Umum Siloam Silampari Kota Lubuklinggau Tahun 2026.
Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain quasy experimental menggunakan rancangan one group pretest-posttest without control group.
Hasil Penelitian: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum diberikan intervensi audio hypnotherapy, sebagian besar responden mengalami kecemasan sedang (42,5%) dan kecemasan berat (42,5%), serta tidak terdapat responden yang berada pada kategori tidak cemas maupun cemas ringan. Setelah pemberian audio hypnotherapy, terjadi penurunan tingkat kecemasan yang ditandai dengan meningkatnya proporsi responden pada kategori tidak cemas (30,0%) dan cemas ringan (37,5%), serta menurunnya jumlah responden pada kategori cemas sedang (27,5%) dan cemas berat (5,0%).
Kesimpulan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian audio hypnotherapy terbukti efektif sebagai terapi nonfarmakologis untuk mengurangi kecemasan pada pasien pre-operasi SC di RSU Siloam Silampari Kota Lubuklinggau Tahun 2026.

ABSTRACT
Background: Audio hypnotherapy is one of the methods that has been proven effective in reducing anxiety levels. Therefore, it is important to investigate its effectiveness among preoperative CS patients at Siloam Silampari General Hospital, Lubuklinggau.
Research Objective: The objective of this study was to assess the distribution of anxiety levels before and after audio hypnotherapy intervention and to evaluate the effectiveness of audio hypnotherapy in reducing anxiety among patients undergoing preoperative Caesarean section (CS) at Siloam Silampari General Hospital, Lubuklinggau City, in 2026.
Research Method: This study employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design using a one-group pretest–posttest without a control group.
Research Results: The results showed that before the audio hypnotherapy intervention, most respondents experienced moderate anxiety (42.5%) and severe anxiety (42.5%), while no respondents were categorized as having no anxiety or mild anxiety. Following the intervention, a reduction in anxiety levels was observed, as indicated by an increase in the proportion of respondents classified as having no anxiety (30.0%) and mild anxiety (37.5%), along with a decrease in those experiencing moderate anxiety (27.5%) and severe anxiety (5.0%).
Conclusion: This study concludes that audio hypnotherapy is effective in significantly reducing anxiety levels and may serve as a beneficial non-pharmacological intervention for patients undergoing preoperative Caesarean section (CS) at Siloam Silampari General Hospital, Lubuklinggau City, in 2026.
