Dukungan Terapi Range Of Motion (ROM) Dan Latihan Berjalan Pada Pasien Hemiparase Dextra Pasca Stroke Non Hemoragik Di Wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Banding Agung

ABSTRAK
Latar Belakang: Stroke non hemoragik merupakan penyebab utama gangguan mobilitas fisik akibat kelemahan otot (hemiparese). Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan pasien mengalami keterbatasan dalam melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari sehingga memerlukan intervensi rehabilitatif yang efektif. Salah satu intervensi keperawatan yang dapat diberikan adalah dukungan terapi Range of Motion (ROM) dan latihan berjalan untuk meningkatkan kekuatan otot serta kemampuan mobilisasi pasien. Tujuan: Mendeskripsikan penerapan dukungan terapi Range of Motion (ROM) dan latihan berjalan dalam meningkatkan mobilitas fisik pada pasien hemiparese dextra pasca stroke non hemoragik di wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Banding Agung. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi kasus deskriptif pada dua pasien stroke non hemoragik dengan hemiparese dextra yang mengalami gangguan mobilitas fisik. Intervensi dilakukan selama enam kali kunjungan melalui latihan ROM pasif dan latihan berjalan sesuai Standar Intervensi Keperawatan Indonesia (SIKI). Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan Manual Muscle Testing (MMT) dan Standar Luaran Keperawatan Indonesia Hasil: Kedua klien menunjukkan peningkatan kekuatan otot setelah enam kali intervensi. Pada klien I skor MMT meningkat dari 3 menjadi 4, sedangkan pada klien II meningkat dari 2 menjadi 3. Penilaian SLKI juga menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan mobilitas fisik pada kedua klien, terutama pada kemampuan menggerakkan ekstremitas, berpindah posisi, dan berjalan dengan bantuan. Peningkatan yang lebih baik ditemukan pada klien yang memperoleh dukungan keluarga secara aktif selama pelaksanaan latihan. Kesimpulan: Dukungan terapi Range of Motion (ROM) dan latihan berjalan mampu meningkatkan kekuatan otot serta mobilitas fisik pada pasien hemiparese dextra pasca stroke non hemoragik. Intervensi ini dapat dijadikan salah satu terapi non farmakologis yang mudah diterapkan oleh perawat bersama keluarga sebagai bagian dari rehabilitasi pasien stroke.

ABSTRACT
Background: Non-hemorrhagic stroke is one of the leading causes of impaired physical mobility due to muscle weakness (hemiparesis). This condition limits patients in performing daily activities and requires effective rehabilitation interventions. One of the nursing interventions is the implementation of Range of Motion (ROM) therapy combined with walking exercises to improve muscle strength and physical mobility. Objective: To describe the implementation of Range of Motion (ROM) therapy and walking exercises in improving physical mobility among patients with right hemiparesis following non-hemorrhagic stroke in the working area of Banding Agung Public Health Center. Methods: This descriptive case study involved two patients with non-hemorrhagic stroke and right hemiparesis who experienced impaired physical mobility. Nursing interventions consisted of passive ROM exercises and walking exercises conducted over six visits according to the Indonesian Nursing Intervention Standards (SIKI). Outcomes were evaluated using the Manual Muscle Testing (MMT) scale and the Indonesian Nursing Outcome Standards (SLKI). Results: Both patients demonstrated improvement in muscle strength following the intervention. Patient I showed an increase in MMT score from 3 to 4, while Patient II improved from 2 to 3. SLKI evaluation also indicated improvement in physical mobility, including extremity movement, body positioning, and assisted ambulation. Greater improvement was observed in the patient who received stronger family support during the intervention. Conclusion: Range of Motion (ROM) therapy combined with walking exercises effectively improved muscle strength and physical mobility in patients with right hemiparesis following non-hemorrhagic stroke. This intervention may serve as an effective non-pharmacological nursing strategy that can be implemented collaboratively by nurses and family caregivers.
