ABSTRAK
Latar Belakang : Video edukasi efektif meningkatkan pengetahuandanmembentuk sikap positif wanita usia subur terhadap IVA Test. Informasi yangdisampaikan secara audiovisual membantu wanita lebih memahami manfaat danprosedur pemeriksaan, mengurangi ketakutan, serta meningkatkan kesediaanuntuk melakukan deteksi dini kanker serviks. Tujuan Penelitian : mengetahui
pengaruh video edukasi terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap wanita usia subur tentangIVA test. Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitianeksperimen dengan bentuk Pre-Experimental Designs. Desain penelitiannya yaituOne Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulanMei
tahun 2026. Populasi studi penelitian ini adalah semua wanita usia subur di
Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Seri Tanjung tahun 2026 yang berjumlah 5.918 orangdengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 33 responden. Analisis data menggunakanWilcoxon Signed Ranks Test. Hasil Penelitian : Rerata skor pengetahuan wanitausia subur tentang IVA test sebelum dilakukan video edukasi sebesar 7,85. Skor
pengetahuan wanita usia subur tentang IVA test sebelum dilakukan video edukasi
terendah adalah 5 dan skor tertinggi adalah 11. Rerata skor pengetahuan wanitausia subur tentang IVA test sesudah dilakukan video edukasi sebesar 11,45. Skor
pengetahuan wanita usia subur tentang IVA test sesudah dilakukan video edukasi
terendah adalah 8 dan skor tertinggi adalah 16. Rerata skor sikap wanita usiasubur tentang IVA test sebelum dilakukan video edukasi sebesar 49,45. Skor
sikap wanita usia subur tentang IVA test sebelum dilakukan video edukasi
terendah adalah 46 dan skor tertinggi adalah 56. Rerata skor sikap wanita usiasubur tentang IVA test sesudah dilakukan video edukasi sebesar 62,45. Skor sikapwanita usia subur tentang IVA test sesudah dilakukan video edukasi terendahadalah 55 dan skor tertinggi adalah 69. Ada pengaruh video edukasi terhadappengetahuan wanita usia subur tentang IVA test. Ada pengaruh video edukasi
terhadap sikap wanita usia subur tentang IVA test. Kesimpulan : Ada pengaruhvideo edukasi terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap wanita usia subur tentang IVAtest. Kata Kunci : Edukasi, Pengetahuan, Sikap, IVA Test

ABSTRACT
Background: Educational videos effectively increase knowledge and shapepositive attitudes of women of childbearing age towards the IVATest. Information delivered audiovisually helps women better understand the benefitsand procedures of the examination, reduces fear, and increases willingness todoearly detection of cervical cancer. Research Objective: to determine the effect of
educational videos on the knowledge and attitudes of women of childbearingageabout the IVA test. Research Method: This research is an experimental researchtype with a Pre-Experimental Design form. The research design is One GroupPretest-Posttest Design. This research was conducted in May 2026. The studypopulation of this research was all women of childbearing age in the Seri TanjungHealth Center Working Area in 2026, totaling 5,918 people with a sample of 33respondents. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test. ResearchResults: The average knowledge score of women of childbearing age about theIVA test before the educational video was 7.85. The lowest knowledge scoreof
women of childbearing age about the IVA test before the educational video was 5and the highest score was 11. The average knowledge score of womenof
childbearing age about the IVA test after the educational video was 11.45. Thelowest score of knowledge of women of childbearing age about VIAtest after theeducational video was 8 and the highest score was 16. The average scoreof
attitude of women of childbearing age about VIA test before the educational videowas 49.45.
