Abstract
Hubungan Tingkat Kecemasan Pra Prosedur Embrio Transfer terhadap Keberhasilan Program Bayi Tabung di Blastula IVF Center RS Siloam Sriwijaya Tahun 2026

Latar Belakang : Infertilitas merupakan masalah kesehatan reproduksi yang memengaruhi sekitar 15% pasangan usia subur di dunia. Program bayi tabung atau In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) merupakan salah satu teknologi reproduksi berbantu yang banyak digunakan untuk mengatasi infertilitas. Keberhasilan program IVF dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor biologis maupun psikologis. Salah satu faktor psikologis yang diduga berpengaruh adalah tingkat kecemasan sebelum prosedur embrio transfer. Kecemasan dapat memicu aktivasi hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis (HPA axis) yang berpotensi memengaruhi keseimbangan hormonal reproduksi, reseptivitas endometrium, dan proses implantasi embrio.
Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan tingkat kecemasan pra prosedur embrio transfer terhadap keberhasilan program bayi tabung di Blastula IVF Center RS Siloam Sriwijaya Tahun 2026.
Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik dengan desain kohort prospektif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh wanita yang menjalani prosedur embrio transfer di Blastula IVF Center RS Siloam Sriwijaya. Sampel berjumlah 52 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik consecutive sampling sesuai kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Tingkat kecemasan diukur menggunakan instrumen State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI-State) sebelum prosedur embrio transfer. Keberhasilan program bayi tabung dinilai berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan β-hCG pasca embrio transfer. Data dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-Square dengan tingkat kemaknaan 95% (α = 0,05).

ABSTRACT
The Relationship Between Pre-Embryo Transfer Anxiety Level and the Success of In Vitro Fertilization Program at Blastula IVF Center Siloam Sriwijaya Hospital in 2026

Background : Infertility is a reproductive health problem affecting approximately 15% of reproductive-age couples worldwide. In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) is one of the most widely used assisted reproductive technologies for infertility treatment. The success of IVF is influenced by various biological and psychological factors. Anxiety prior to embryo transfer is considered one of the psychological factors that may affect IVF outcomes. Anxiety may activate the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis, potentially affecting reproductive hormonal balance, endometrial receptivity, and embryo implantation.
Objective : To determine the relationship between pre-embryo transfer anxiety level and the success of IVF programs at Blastula IVF Center Siloam Sriwijaya Hospital in 2026.
Methods : This study employed an analytic observational design with a prospective cohort approach. The population consisted of women undergoing embryo transfer procedures at Blastula IVF Center Siloam Sriwijaya Hospital. A total of 52 respondents were selected using consecutive sampling based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Anxiety levels were measured using the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI-State) before embryo transfer. IVF success was assessed based on β-hCG examination results after embryo transfer. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analyses with the Chi-Square test at a 95% confidence level (α = 0.05).
