ABSTRAK
Latar Belakang: Tujuan vaksinasi adalah untuk secara aktif meningkatkan atau
memperbaiki kekebalan seseorang terhadap suatu penyakit sehingga, jika terpapar
penyakit tersebut, mereka tidak akan sakit atau hanya mengalami penyakit ringan.
Tujuan penelitian: untuk mengetahui apakah tingkat kecemasan ibu pada balita di
Puskesmas Sidorejo, Kota Lubuklinggau, berkorelasi dengan imunisasi DPT.
Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif, cross-sectional
dengan analisis korelasional. Teknik Pengambilan Sampel: Pengambilan sampel
insidental digunakan untuk penelitian ini pada bulan April 2026. Sebanyak 55
responden merupakan total sampel penelitian. Kuesioner dengan skala HARS
digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Hasil Penelitian: Dari 55 responden, 20
(36,4%) telah menerima vaksinasi DPT 1, 19 (34,5%) telah menerima vaksinasi
DPT 2, dan 16 (29,1%) telah menerima vaksinasi DPT 3. Sebelas responden
(20,0%) menyatakan mengalami kecemasan ringan, dua puluh lima responden
(45,5%) melaporkan kecemasan sedang, dan sembilan belas responden (34,5%)
mengalami kecemasan berat. Hasil Analisis Peringkat Spearman, yang
menghasilkan nilai p 0,015 < 0,05, menguatkan hal ini. Puskesmas Sidorejo di Kota
Lubuklinggau menemukan korelasi antara tingkat kecemasan ibu dan vaksinasi
DPT pada balita.

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN DPT IMMUNIZATION AND
MOTHERS' ANXIETY LEVELS IN TODDLERS AT THE

ABSTRACT
Background: The aim of vaccination is to actively increase or improve a person's
immunity to a disease so that, if exposed to the disease, they will not get sick or only
experience mild illness. Research objective: to find out whether the level of
maternal anxiety in toddlers at the Sidorejo Community Health Center,
Lubuklinggau City, is correlated with DPT immunization. Research Method: This
research uses a quantitative, cross-sectional design with correlational analysis.
Sampling Technique: Incidental sampling was used for this research in April 2026.
A total of 55 respondents constituted the total research sample. A questionnaire with
the HARS scale was used to collect data. Research Results: Of the 55 respondents,
20 (36.4%) had received DPT 1 vaccination, 19 (34.5%) had received DPT 2
vaccination, and 16 (29.1%) had received DPT 3 vaccination. Eleven respondents
(20.0%) reported experiencing mild anxiety, twenty-five respondents (45.5%)
reported moderate anxiety, and nineteen respondents (34.5%) reported
experiencing severe anxiety. The results of Spearman's Rank Analysis, which
produced a p value of 0.015 < 0.05, confirmed this. Sidorejo Health Center in
Lubuklinggau City found a correlation between maternal anxiety levels and DPT
vaccination in toddlers.
