PENGARUH IMPLEMENTASI SIGA DAN KOMPETENSI DIGITAL TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS KERJA BIDAN DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS BUNGA MAYANG TAHUN 2026

Latar Belakang : Transformasi digital dalam sistem kesehatan menuntut bidan untuk tidak hanya ahli dalam pelayanan klinis, tetapi juga cakap dalam administrasi digital. Implementasi Sistem Informasi Keluarga (SIGA) dan kompetensi digital merupakan dua faktor krusial yang diduga kuat memengaruhi efektivitas kerja bidan di lapangan. Tujuan Penelitian : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan implementasi SIGA dan kompetensi digital terhadap efektivitas kerja bidan di Puskesmas Bunga Mayang. Metode Penelitian : Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Responden penelitian berjumlah 30 bidan yang diambil menggunakan teknik total sampling. Pengelompokan data dari kuesioner skala Likert menjadi data kategorikal nominal dikotomi dilakukan berdasarkan metode cut-off point nilai mean empiris kelompok. Analisis data menggunakan metode statistik non-parametrik dengan uji Chi-Square (Crosstab) melalui bantuan program SPSS. Hasil Penelitian : Hasil uji Chi-Square (Continuity Correction) menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara implementasi SIGA dengan efektivitas kerja bidan dengan nilai signifikansi (p-value) sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,05). Selanjutnya, ditemukan pula hubungan yang signifikan antara kompetensi digital dengan efektivitas kerja bidan dengan nilai signifikansi (p-value) sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,05). Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara implementasi SIGA dan kompetensi digital terhadap efektivitas kerja bidan di Puskesmas Bunga Mayang. Optimalisasi implementasi aplikasi SIGA di lapangan dan peningkatan kapasitas kompetensi digital secara nyata menjadi faktor penting dalam mendukung tercapainya efektivitas pelayanan kerja bidan, sehingga disarankan adanya sosialisasi antarsejawat dan pemantauan efektivitas SIGA secara rutin dalam agenda rapat bulanan.

Background : Digital transformation in the healthcare system requires midwives to be not only experts in clinical services but also proficient in digital administration. The implementation of the Family Information System (SIGA) and digital competence are two crucial factors believed to significantly influence the work effectiveness of midwives in the field. Research Objective : This study aims to determine the correlation between SIGA implementation and digital competence toward the work effectiveness of midwives at Bunga Mayang Public Health Center. Research Method : This was a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. The research respondents consisted of 30 midwives selected using a total sampling technique. The categorization of the Likert scale questionnaire data into dichotomous nominal data was conducted based on the empirical mean cut-off point method of the group. Data analysis was performed using non-parametric statistical methods with the Chi-Square test (Crosstab) using SPSS software. Research Results: The Chi-Square test (Continuity Correction) indicated a significant correlation between SIGA implementation and midwives' work effectiveness with a significance value (p-value) of 0.000 (p < 0.05). Furthermore, a significant correlation was also found between digital competence and midwives' work effectiveness with a significance value (p-value) of 0.000 (p < 0.05). Conclusion: There is a significant correlation between SIGA implementation and digital competence toward the work effectiveness of midwives at Bunga Mayang Public Health Center. Optimizing the implementation of the SIGA application in the field and increasing digital competence capacity practically become important factors in supporting the achievement of midwives' work effectiveness, thus recommending routine peer socialization and monitoring of SIGA effectiveness during monthly meetings."
