PENGARUH PEMBERIAN VIDEO EDUKASI TENTANG IMUNISASI DASAR LENGKAP DENGAN PENGETAHUAN IBU DI DESA BINDU OKU TAHUN 2026

Latar belakang: Imunisasi merupakan salah satu upaya pencegahan primer yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kekebalan tubuh secara aktif terhadap penyakit. Pemberian imunisasi dapat meningkatkan kekebalan kelompok (herd immunity) sehingga mampu menekan penularan penyakit menular di lingkungan sekitar. Untuk memudahkan penyampaian informasi mengenai pentingnya imunisasi, salah satu alternatif yang dapat diterapkan adalah pemanfaatan video edukasi sebagai sarana penyampaian informasi kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian: Diketahuinya pengaruh video edukasi
tentang imunisasi dasar lengkap terhadap pengetahuan ibu dalam melengkapi imunisasi dasar bayi di Desa Bindu Tahun 2026. Metode penelitian: Jenis penelitian ini berupa penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain pra experimental tipe one group pretest–posttest¸ yaitu rancangan eksperimen dengan cara sampel diberikan (pengukuran) sebelum dan setelah diberikan perlakuan. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu yang memiliki bayi usia 0–12 bulan di Desa Bindu pada tahun 2026. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuisioner. Analisis data bivariat
menggunakan analisis statistik uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ibu yang menonton video edukasi sebanyak 22 orang (59,5%) dan ibu yang tidak menonton video edukasi sebanyak 15 orang (40,5%). Responden dengan pengetahuan yang baik lebih banyak menonton video edukasi dibandingkan dengan responden dengan pengetahuan yang cukup baik dalam menonton video edukasi. Kesimpulan: Terdapat pengaruh yang bermakna antara pengetahuan dengan menonton video edukasi pada ibu di Desa Bindu OKU Tahun 2026 dengan p value = 0,001.

Background: Immunization is one of the primary preventive measures aimed at actively enhancing the body’s immunity against diseases. Providing immunization can increase herd immunity, thereby helping to suppress the transmission of contagious diseases in the surrounding environment. To facilitate the delivery of information regarding the importance of immunization, one alternative that can be implemented is the use of educational videos as a means of conveying health information. Research purpose: Knowing the effect of educational videos about complete basic immunization on mothers’ knowledge in completing their babies’ basic immunizations in Bindu Village in 2026. Research methods: This type of research is quantitive research with a one group pretest-posttest pre-experimental design, which is an experimental design where the sample is measured before and after the treatment is given. The sample in this study consists of all mothers who have infants aged 0-12 months in Bindu Village in 2026. The instrument used in this research is a quiz. Bivariate data analysis using Chi-Square test statistical analysis. Results: The research results show that 22 mothers (59.5%) watched educational videos, while 15 mothers (40.5%) did not watch educational videos. Respondents with good knowledge watch educational videos more than respondents with fairly good knowledge in watching educational videos. Conclusion: There is a significant impact between knowledge and watching educational videos among mothers in OKU Bindu Village in 2026 with a p value = 0.001.
